Mechanical Design Engineer (HVAC)

Dallas TX or Denver CO

Responsibilities:

  • Working with senior MEP team members in Technical execution of assigned project duties
  • Assist the project team in the production of projects, balancing deadlines to maintain the highest quality
  • Assist senior staff in the development of technical construction documents including drawings and specifications
  • Under appropriate supervision, actively practice engineering calculations and perform system designs

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (0-3 yrs experience)
  • Experience with Mechanical design, specifically on commercial projects preferred (restaurant/retail)
  • FE/EIT preferred
  • On the path to becoming a PE preferred, not required
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
  • Great attitude and looking to learn and grow in a team environment

Fuel Designer

Dallas TX or Denver CO 

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the preparation of fueling designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment such as AutoCAD.
  • Prepares scale drawings and construction documents for building contractors, owners/clients, and for internal use.
  • May assist in the preparation of Presentation drawings, Design Analysis, and various studies and reports.
  • Performs other duties assigned.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings.
  • Ability to communicate the appropriate design intent both graphically and in written form.
  • Ability to efficiently utilize time in executing assigned tasks neatly and accurately.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with internal engineering team members.
  • 1-2 years of CAD design work experience required.
  • Great attitude and looking to learn and grow in a team environment

Electrical Design Engineer

Dallas TX or Denver CO

Responsibilities:

  • Working with senior MEP team members in Technical execution of assigned project duties

Architectural Designer 

Dallas TX or Denver CO 

The position is an exciting opportunity to participate in the preparation of architectural documents including code compliance, 3D architectural detailing, national prototype rollout, and restaurant and retail design.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the preparation of building designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment such as AutoCAD and Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Prepares scale drawings, models, and construction documents for building contractors, owners/clients, and for internal use.
  • May assist in the preparation of Presentation drawings, Design Analysis, and various studies and reports.
  • Performs other duties assigned.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is preferred
  • Great attitude and ready to learn
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit

Civil E.I.T. 

Dallas TX or Denver CO

This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in land development, grading, drainage, paving, water, sanitary sewer and transportation improvements, as well as the development of project management skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Performing site research and preparing due diligence reports for new projects
  • Plan production for general civil design on a wide variety of projects such as site layouts, horizontal and vertical control, grading and drainage, paving, site utilities, and associated civil engineering activities
  • Conduct field visits to understand existing site or building conditions
  • Prepare permitting application packages
  • Prepare engineering reports and construction specifications
  • Attend meetings with Project Engineers and Project Managers to meet with public review staff
  • Prepare and revise project schedules under the direction of a Project Manager
  • Utilize AutoCAD or Civil 3D as appropriate to prepare plans and address review comments
  • Attend industry events and become involved in the community

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering (0-3 yrs experience)

  • Engineer In Training (EIT) license obtained or scheduled to sit for exam

  • Civil 3D experience preferred
